ExecSetSleeping command
Sends the current player to sleep or wakes them, depending on bValue.

<B Value>type: boolean1 to turn it on, 0 to turn it off.

This console command sends your character to sleep (true); running it with false wakes them back up.
Using cheats on a server
On a multiplayer server, authenticate first with enablecheats <password>, and prefix admin commands with admincheat instead of cheat.
