ARK Resource Calculator

Planning a base or a gear loadout? Add every item you intend to craft, set the quantities, and get one combined raw-resource shopping list — every recipe expanded to base materials and shared ingredients added together. For a single item's recipe tree, use the crafting calculator.

Pick an item to add it to the list, then set how many.
Your build list is empty. Add the structures, gear, or items you plan to craft and we'll total up every raw resource.

Raw resources. Every craftable ingredient is expanded down to base resources, and shared materials across items are summed — so this is the full gather list to build everything at once. Sub-component yields (e.g. Metal Ingots per smelt) are accounted for; totals round up to whole units. Crafting-station resource discounts aren't applied.

How the resource calculator works

Each item you add is broken down to its raw resources — every craftable ingredient is followed down its recipe tree until only base materials (metal, wood, stone, fiber, hide, polymer…) remain. When two items share a material, the amounts are summed, so the final list is exactly what you need to gather to build everything in one trip.

Quantities account for sub-component yields, such as how many Metal Ingots come from one smelt, and round up to whole units. The list is the cost to craft from scratch; it doesn't subtract resources you already have, and it doesn't apply crafting-station resource discounts (Smithy, Tek Replicator, Mortar & Pestle), which can lower the real-world totals.
