DisableSpectator command
Leaves spectator mode; since the character dies when spectating is enabled, the respawn menu appears afterward.
Using cheats on a server
On a multiplayer server, authenticate first with enablecheats <password>, and prefix admin commands with admincheat instead of cheat.
