GiveToMe command
Transfers ownership of the structure or dino you are looking at to your character. This does not tame dinos, though - their inventory stays inaccessible and they remain unrideable unless another player already tamed them or you follow up with a dino taming command.
Using cheats on a server
On a multiplayer server, authenticate first with enablecheats <password>, and prefix admin commands with admincheat instead of cheat.
