Stops the Enforcer from altering rider visibility while blinking, so the HideRiders cheat behaves the same as it does on other dinos.
Using cheats on a server
On a multiplayer server, authenticate first with enablecheats <password>, and prefix admin commands with admincheat instead of cheat.
