Arena rules

Not a Gamma/Beta/Alpha arena boss. The Desert Titan is summoned in the open world via a terminal/altar and is TAMED, not killed: destroy the corruption nodes on its body while minimizing overall damage, and once all nodes are gone it becomes claimable. It spawns around level ~5000 with ~250k HP and equips a platform once tamed.

Strategy & recommended tames

Use a Quetzal with a platform saddle for mobility, or a Tek suit to bait its lightning strikes that expose the corruption nodes. A Snow Owl gives healing during the long fight. Aim precise damage at the nodes only — overkilling the body lowers the tamed creature's resulting health.
