This command toggles the behavior where the Enforcer interferes with its rider's visibility during a blink action. When combined with the
HideRiders cheat, it ensures that the rider remains hidden during and after the blink, similar to how the
HideRiders function works with other creatures.
This command lets the Enforcer blink without using up its blink cooldown slots, allowing for unlimited and instantaneous blinks. It overrides the standard cooldown mechanic, making the Enforcer's blink ability immediately available after each use.
